It’s not always easy to find informed and impartial advice about career and study options. Is it better for you to complete an Apprenticeship or study a full-time course? Is your future career best suited to studying academic or professional and technical qualifications?

The Advice and Guidance Team can help answer these questions. We help students to make important decisions about future career and study options. We take the time to get to know you, your ambitions, qualifications and skills so you can progress on to your chosen career path. Our advice is also completely impartial.

Matrix for offering impartial advice
CIA is accredited by ‘Matrix’ that recognises the independent, impartial and up-to-date information, advice and guidance provided to students with focus on their career planning and in helping them select the best qualification routes for them.

We offer one-to-one sessions at The College or at our open events. Whether you’re thinking about doing an Apprenticeship, a full-time course, or have no idea at all, our qualified advisers are here to provide you information as per your requirements. We are experienced, qualified and friendly, so come and talk to us!
